The breakfast was savoury and nice hot with many options and the food was exceptional. The hotel's location was lovely on what to do in the local area.

Freshly cooked and savoury breakfasts with yogurts, fresh juice and options including hot, the staff were all in all amicable. The hotel has perfect location right by other areas in the Lake District, the theatre at Keswick and a really nice eatery.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Bassenthwaite Lake, had much fun and met very helpful staff who went out of their way to provide us an outstanding service. The location was unbeatable and lovely, in the cosy warm conservatory, and the room was nicely decorated.

We loved the warm and welcoming hosts, Katie and Pete, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even called ahead to book a table at a local pub for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a score of 11 out of 10! Plenty of parking space available, perfect for those travelling by car.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.

All in all they offer brilliant service.

The location of this place is great, with attractions like Alpacaly Ever After nearby. The rooms are tidy and well-designed, and I've stayed here before and would definitely come back.
